Rupert is Head of Industrial Asset Management at Rotation, overseeing the strategic management and performance of the firm’s industrial portfolio. Before joining Rotation, Rupert was Vice President at Valor Real Estate, where he led the UK Industrial and Logistics portfolio’s value-add strategy. He managed over 2 million sq. ft. of assets, driving leasing initiatives, executing landlord and tenant events, and overseeing capital expenditure programs to enhance portfolio value.

Rupert holds a Business & Management degree from Oxford Brookes University and a Master’s in Real Estate Management from Kingston University. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
